Palm Springs, CA
Sparrows Lodge was designed to feel like a modern-day desert ranch. Travel + Leisure Magazine named the Sparrows Lodge to the prestigious “It List”, marking it as one of the top new hotels in the world. Sparrows Lodge also won the “Reader’s Choice” award and was voted one of the top hotels in Southern California by Condé Nast Traveler.
Originally built in 1952 by MGM actor Don Castle and his wife Zetta, the Red Barn was one of the original resort getaways for Hollywood elite. In 2014 the lodge was acquired and repositioned as Sparrows Lodge. At the time, the inn needed a substantial remodel and new operating strategy.
Today, Sparrows Lodge is considered one of the top boutique hotels in the United States.
