San Luis Creek Lodge is a newly redesigned boutique hotel in downtown San Luis Obispo. In 2020, San Luis Creek Lodge was redesigned by Los Angeles based interior designer Nina Freudenberger. The hotel has been reinterpreted with a modern California aesthetic that combines a contemporary farmhouse influence with an indie-inspired Central Coast theme.
The property was originally purchased in an off-market transaction in 2014. The property benefited from new construction and a strong customer base. PRG ultimately added value by providing a stronger operating platform and redesign.

PRG partnered with Architectural Digest “Top 100” designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard to reimagine the Sands.

Originally purchased in 2013 at a favorable basis, the Sands involved a very complicated title restructuring process which took several years to work out. The hotel was conceived to be the first luxury boutique hotel in the down valley region of the Coachella Valley.
